I wouldn t even give this guy one star if I didn t have to just leave this review. HORRIBLE!!! first of all, this guy shows up the first day without the appropriate tools. he uninstalls the toilet and messes around for an hour or two and then tells us the line is clogged, but that he cant do anything bc he doesn t have the tools and then tells us he can t come back for 3 days. he leaves a huge mess, toilet installed and muddy foot prints throughout the house. so 3 days later, he comes back and snakes the pipes and is here fo... read more
