Tried Jacks Restaurant based on a local food critic review. Not sure what I expec Visited Jack's Restaurant after reading a local critic's review. Upon arrival, the restaurant was empty, and there was no host or server present. After a 10-minute wait, a server finally greeted us, apologized for the wait and explained that the delay was due to a health inspector conducting an inspection.
