I took a ball of copper in and two pieces of dirty aluminum. They have a shopping cart. They weigh the stuff in on the scale. My ball of copper didn’t bring as much as I wanted, so I said I’d take it back. Then the guy told me just to take everything back basically not to do business with me. I would not recommend going there.
was told they’d come pick up my car 3 days in a row. was told they’d call if something came up or that they were on the way. I proceeded to get blown off till closing time 3 times. guy on the phone seems nice just needs to be honest about what’s happening and not blow people off. if i could give it 0 stars i would i will never be trying to use this company again would rather go to vic’s and that says a lot. very frustrated with this company i do not recommend.
