I called jack because I was missing some parts for my 2014 250 rebel. I sent it to him and he cleaned it out and put the correct parts on,sent it back and(because of my own stupidity) it wasn't working right. I sent it back and he looked it over and couldn't replicate my issue. To make a long story short, I put the fuel line on incorrect and he and his employee were able to spot it immediately and it worked perfectly. This summer we purchased an 86 Honda 450 with 5700 miles on it. Almost a museum piece. The bike had sat in storage for a long time and the carburetors needed total rebuilding. Jack took excellent care of us. The rebuilt carbs went onto the bike and it fired up immediately. Thanks Jack for taking excellent care of us!

Jack went out of his way to make everything great with my bike. You can be confident shopping here. Outstanding sales and service. He mostly has Rebel 250s but he gets some other models sometimes, so its worth checking out even if you're looking for something else. I bought a 650 Savage from Jack.
