Jacks pool service installed a pool pump for me in 2022 and when I asked them to come out and take a look at something they attempted to charge me $100. Other companies I know of don’t charge anything to take a look at something they installed (it was a 30 second fix). I asked them to install a pool heater in 2023 - they said they would be at my house in 2 weeks.
