It wasn't pool water. It was brown from the moment they put the water in. It was days before we could swim and I still haven't got the hardness under control. No apology, no discount to cover the extra pool chemicals, nothing but an offer to waste the old water and refill with no guarantee the water would be clean. Pool water should be swimmable!
