Found Jack (Fasone) Plumbing and Heating by virtue of a recommendation from one of our long standing flooring contractors, and called him to handle some initial work on a new income condo recently closing escrow. Jack went above and beyond the call of duty. At 3:30pm i was looking for a plumber to come over to change a faucet. While other plumbers were saying they could not send anyone until the next day.. Jack said hed come out..and only charged a fraction of everyone elses quote. He also stayed to look at other plumbing issues I have. Jack was awesome and is my go-to guy now!
Jack was amazing. I had him come and replace a broken garbage disposal. He was prompt in replying to my inquiry, showed up when he said he would, communicated effectively with me about my options, and did a fantastic job. His pricing is fair, and he is a super knowledgeable and friendly guy. I recommend him for anything plumbing-related.
I came home from a long trip and realized that there was a leak under my kitchen sink and nobody at home had noticed it while I was gone. My neighbor Steve gave me the information for Jack’s Plumbing and Heating. He said that Jack is a pro at what he does. Called Jack and he tolled me that he could fit me in within the next few hours.
