Jack responded promptly to my call (same day). He carefully, efficiently and systematically diagnosed the leak source (a pipe in the shower wall). He resolved it using his skills developed over many years and quality materials. He explained the problem clearly and provided evidence for the repair. He also quickly replaced a bathroom faucet, at my request, that others found difficult to remove. His many years of experience allow him to work confidently through challenging situations. Jack was great and highly recommend! After discovery of a leak, I reached out in time of need. He came out and took care of it. Picked up a new water heater for me and replaced it. We were leaving out of town and he saved the day. Fast, knowledgeable, and good communication. Happy to have the problem fixed. Thanks again!
