The ONLY plumber I trust!
Very efficient plumber with professional advice coming from years and years of service in the industry. Had Jack come out 5 years ago to do a water heater and does a fantastic job on repairs and installation. Highly highly recommend and the only plumber I’ll use as long as I stay in his service area. More than fair price as well.
Completely non responsive. Both my home Warranty company and I tried reaching them multiple times daily and they would not respond. Terrible customer service and wasted days while a plumbing issue went unresolved. Clearly they don’t care about customer reviews and non-existent service. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
DO NOT use these people!!!! They have ZERO regard for safety. I was behind a Jack's Plumbing van at the traffic signal of Cowpens Avenue when the light turned green. I watched this man go around all of the traffic in the right lane of Cromwell Bridge Road, as the lane ran out to merge left, a young girl was in his way and he ran her into oncoming traffic!!!!
