We called Mr. Jack after our friend's referral and came out in an hour or two and assisted the leak. He referred us to another company because the problem was more complicated and left. He didn't even asked for a fee for the trouble shooting! What a great guy! Well, we are now leak free! Thank you Mr. Jack and the "In and out Plumbing".

Just a great guy. We called him and explained our issue and he knew right away what the issue was and told us. He couldn't come out himself but gave us a reference for another guy he knew would do the job well. We had called another place initially and they were gonna charge us $70 just to assess the issue and jack told us what it was over the phone! Very impressed and just thankful for someone who actually seems to care about people.
