After a very long day, beginning at 5am and a major surgery, I arrived to Jack’s Place around 5:30p in July on a sunny day to a room equipped with a/c that had not been turned on - this was too easy to get wrong. Going back a week, I had phoned Jack’s Place to alert them to the fact that a required caregiver would be with me and was assured that would not be a problem. We were a guest at Jack's Place a couple of years ago when an appointment at The Shaw Cancer Center was scheduled. Both Jack's and the Shaw Center were a "blessing" during a traumatic time. We plan to venture again to both places this July. I say "venture" as the scenery, friendly atmosphere and service were impeccable.
Tremendous blessing during our stay. Amazing people both at Jacks Place and Shaw Cancer Center. Very professional and Caring. Words are not enough!
