Divided on this We had previously purchased some fish from Jacks. We were very new to the aquarium scene so we needed a great deal of help. The staff that day were not very helpful and did not take the time to really assist us. I would have thougth that they would have wanted the fish to survive therefore giving us instruction. Our fish died and I had a bad taste for Jacks. Others I have known have loved them.
