Kudos to Jack's OK Tire Service out of Algona, Iowa. You did a fabulous job at getting to me on I-90 in Minnesota to get a blown tire replaced on my trailer. Polite, professional and a very quick tire replacement. I'm glad that the company I drive for does a lot of business with you. Highly recommend!

I called about getting new tires and the staff were very polite and considerate given my lack of knowledge when it came to the services I needed. They explained everything to me in a way that I could understand without being condescending in anyway! They were up front about a few other issues my car had and future general maintenance I might want to look into in the future due to my cars age/milage, but only to let me know and not to pressure me into more services.
