Received quote and approved the work, set appointment for Thursday at 2 and this man called and said it would be 40 mins, the man never showed, so called the voicemail it was full. My step mom asked if they should reschedule after he finally called back, he stated yea for saturday(today) never called or showed up. Way to go to treat a veteran like that.. what a shame…
I will never use them agian horrible service left adhesive trash all over the found my drive way razor blade stuck to buttom of boot if require shoes would have went throw adhesive all of my panels ruined them trash thanks for the horrible service my last vehicle year ago satellite dose a really. HORRIBLE experience. Charged my card ahead of time, scheduled me betsween 9 and 2 pm. NEVER called, never showed. Had to call twice before they told me they didn't have a tech in my area and couldn't do my job. WHAT?? I arranged my whole day and waited for five hours! Unacceptable.
