They saw me right away for a diagnostic issue. Friendly, quick to serve. Very nice waiting room with chocolate!! High praise.
Johnny is great!! All the mechanics are excellent. Explains everything and prices very transparent. Wouldn’t go to another shop ever after having them service our vehicles. Was suggested to replace battery at my last repair visit during the 50 point inspection Riley pointed out that he recommended replacing the battery. Sure enough last week I was lucky enough to be close to the shop dead battery no warning just flat dead.called panicked in gas station pump stall stuck Jack came to the rescue jump box in hand started it drove to the shop charging system good battery no so good. Ordered battery installed next day. Thank you so much Jack and the whole team at JACK'S MADRONA AUTO REPAIR......
