I have used snowplowing services from Jacks for a number of years and things have changed. I would no longer recommend them. In 2022 they required a 3 year commitment and hid a contract attached to the digital signature acceptance of the new costs. They did not disclose there was a change in terms. The initial premise was I pay annually and know what my costs will be, or I pay by the plow and take my chances on how much it will cost to keep the drive cleared. Very reliable, prompt and does a great job with our driveway! I have been using Jacks for about 5 years. I would recommend them in a heartbeat!

****** does a great job removing snow. They are prompt, efficient and careful. I like that I frequently get emails with snow removal updates.

This is the 2nd year we have had snowplowing service with Jack's. Last year they did a fair job, missing the aprons on our driveway so the snow encroached on our driveway. We didn't call to let them know so that is on us. We decided to try them again. We have had 2 times where we were missed entirely and today it is questionable whether they plowed.
