Rude! I called to follow up on a job they had done removing snow. The first time they arrived, it continued to snow afterward so there was a lot to be done. The second time they arrived, they didn’t inform anyone when they were coming they just showed up so there was no heads up to move the vehicles from the driveway. We called and emailed to cancel a grass cutting a week ahead of time because we had construction going on all around the yard, no one got back to us. They still showed up and I told the guys that we had cancelled this cutting because of the construction and they left. A week later got an invoice for cutting on that date. I called and finally after many tries got through to Jack (owner) and explained the situation. Terrible service. Quotes me one price then after the job was done the price changed significantly. My Lawn is even worst than before i used Jacks services. The tall white guy with glasses had a very bad attitude not professional at all ! He did not care about the service he provided. Definitely better lawn services in the area. STAY AWAY !!
