We called and emailed to cancel a grass cutting a week ahead of time because we had construction going on all around the yard, no one got back to us. They still showed up and I told the guys that we had cancelled this cutting because of the construction and they left. A week later got an invoice for cutting on that date. Terrible service. Quotes me one price then after the job was done the price changed significantly. My Lawn is even worst than before i used Jacks services. The tall white guy with glasses had a very bad attitude not professional at all ! He did not care about the service he provided. Definitely better lawn services in the area. STAY AWAY !!

This Company was hired to do with seasonal contract of snow removal they were paid As per contract and never showed up to do the job they were supposed to doThey ignored phone calls text messages and emails.
