Initial heat pump install went fine. Shortly after the install was not fine, system had a puncture and drained all the coolant out, service charge. Then the upstairs unit malfunctioned after only a few months, service charge. Now we’re having issues with the outdoor unit thermistors, I told them the code, and they spend an hour at my house to determine it was the code I already told them about and are charging yet again, a 300$ service charge. We have had a decade-long experience dealing with Jack's. Both the knowledgeable technicians and responsive support staff do a really great job. Beyond being reliable on installation, they have been very helpful when we had some problems in the years after the initial install. Some places would want to just focus on new business, we appreciate their excellent aftercare and value they place on past customers. Jack, the founder, instilled this valuable spirit in his team. I contacted Jacks/Bourne's to install an AC compressor today to my already existing forced air system. They arrived on time and did excellent work. They handled the electrical aspects as well, which was a relief to not have to hire another company. Very professional, clean and timely work. Finished it all in one day (9-5). Highly recommend them for any work that needs to be done and will be using them in the future to service my system.
Used in the past and loved them. Tried to make an appt for our new home and since they couldn't find me in the computer wont help now, not taking new clients even though I'm not a new client.
We found Jack a few years back and checked out competitors and Jack and team won and did a great job and staff have always been helpful friendly and responsive.
