There are certain milestones and achievements you should do in your life and joining this gym is most certainly one of them . I joined the 6 weeks challenge and it’s transformed my life ! Jack and his team are brilliant and make you feel so welcome. It’s enhanced all aspects of my life and is a huge game changer. I’m thrilled I took on the challenge and would highly recommend to everyone because you’ve no idea what you are missing x

What an amazing place! I joined on the 6 week challenge a bit hopeless and with little direction. I’m now lighter, stronger and with a much better routine. Jack and his team are fantastic, Jack is incredibly knowledgeable and supportive and everyone is so friendly, welcoming and helpful. I couldn’t recommend enough.

I joined fortitude over a year ago and the difference it has made to my life is incredible! The small group sessions are amazing, the coaches are really helpful and friendly, everyone is so friendly and welcoming! It’s a really family vibe! I initially joined on a 6 week challenge and enjoyed it that much I’ve stayed!

The best gym in Chester! This is hands down the most supportive and fun gym environment I’ve ever been a part of- Jack and the team are incredibly knowledgeable and always there to help whenever you need it. They’ll push you to work hard while tailoring a regime that fits your schedule. I started with the 6-week challenge in August and lost just under 5kg, but more importantly, I gained a community and a newfound respect for fitness and nutrition. Big love!
