Just completed the 6 week challenge, As much as the weight loss has been dramatic the biggest thing for me has been gaining the confidence in my own body again. Ever since my back injury exercise & decent fitness has felt out of reach. I’m really surprised and excited at how my back has not been an issue throughout despite pushing myself. Thanks again all of the fantastic trainers at fortitude…

Jack & all his team are so supportive, helpful and friendly. They have created a great gym with a great atmosphere. The classes are tough but so worth it, I’m super pleased with the results I’ve achieved after six weeks with their help, guidance & support. If you are looking for a gym with a great group of people, where you are listened to, helped & supported, I couldn’t recommend them enough, they really know what they are doing

There are certain milestones and achievements you should do in your life and joining this gym is most certainly one of them . I joined the 6 weeks challenge and it’s transformed my life ! Jack and his team are brilliant and make you feel so welcome. It’s enhanced all aspects of my life and is a huge game changer. I’m thrilled I took on the challenge and would highly recommend to everyone because you’ve no idea what you are missing x

What an amazing place! I joined on the 6 week challenge a bit hopeless and with little direction. I’m now lighter, stronger and with a much better routine. Jack and his team are fantastic, Jack is incredibly knowledgeable and supportive and everyone is so friendly, welcoming and helpful. I couldn’t recommend enough.
