I give them 10 stars out of 5! This is still the best shop in the state! After 27 years and all kinds of different car repair needs, I can undoubtedly say they are the best! I have heard horror stories of other shops from numerous people, which just confirms my statement. Very disappointed. In October, I scheduled brake service a week in advance. Still, car was not finished on time extending my rental. When I did get the car, I broke down twice within 10 miles with a mis-adjusted master cylinder. Today, I returned the car. The front rotors had to be turned again 4 months later and the pads replaced. It was metal on metal. They've informed me that in my 900 plus dollar brake repair, pads were not replaced (a very inexpensive part, and it would have taken an extra minute to replace them with th... read more

Had a remote starter my grand daughter could not shut off the alarm and could not start the car. After towing car to Jack's he showed how to figure the remote to work. A very courtesy gentleman no charge. Jim Cocke
