My truck decided to eat a squirrel through the serpentine belt, I ended up having to sit in front of Lowe's stranded for over 2 hours, waiting for a tow truck, because I had a trailer on back and right in front of the light to get back on 11e. Was 7 hours away visiting for slammedenuff wich unfortunately got ruined by some takeover kids but thats beside the point. My friend called Jack and asked if we could get the car in the same day because we forgot to put the bump stops on the rear coils, Jack said come by at 4 i got there a little early and he took a look and i explained the situation, he got me in and out in 30 minutes and likely saved me a world of hurt and a lot of money. Jack and his team were quick to respond and showed up at my home pretty quickly when our car wouldn’t start! He towed it back to his shop and had it fixed within a few hours! Friendly, knowledgeable and fair pricing! Highly recommend!
Jack is amazing! Not really knowing many people here in Tennessee (I’m from out of state) was hesitant about who to have look at my car, but he has been very helpful and friendly and explained everything to me and answered all of my questions and didn’t charge me an arm and a leg! Have car problems definitely call him!!
