This is a great bunch of folks to work with. After a mishap with ordering through Avas online, which I DO NOT recommend, Jack's bent over backwards to make it right. Tip - shop directly with Jack's.
Wonderful customer service the lady that helped me today was the sweetest! My grandmother got her flowers on time and they are so beautiful! Definitely five stars all around.
We asked Angela to create a custom arrangement for our Uncle’s funeral and the flowers turned out more beautiful than we could imagine. She was great to work with and took our ideas to heart. Wonderful job.

I called from CA wanting to send arrangements to family members in the Cordell area. Since I couldn’t see the arrangements in person the lady over the phone sent me pics of an available options. This was so helpful of her! The arrangements were delivered on time & they were beautiful. I’ll definitely be using this service for future purchases.
