I generally order Jack's all the time I won't be ordering Jack's no more I ordered a $70 order tonight and when my order arrived near half my order was missing I called up there and they put me on hold then hung up on me several times very unprofessional and disrespectful I've never been treated this way by any restaurant manager should be ashamed of themselves
I've got biscuits and gravy here before, and it has always been good. Except the last time I went, they must have run out of sausage and didn't say anything. Look, if you don't have sausage, don't bother making gravy. Have some common sense and warn the customer that you are messing up their food. I took one bite and threw it away, I ended up going to the gas station for a bite to eat.
