Unfortunately this review is not only for this location. It pertains to most of the fast food restaurants I have visited recently. The drive thru service is terrible. I am tired of my food being handed to me and the employee turning their back and walking away without saying a word. Who trains these people? This is not the way you treat customers. I'm done. I'll just eat at home or do with out.
How do you not have milk for milkshakes when there are 3 stores in walking distance that sell milk? What kind of crappy management doesn't stock their store properly? Pelham deserves better.
Horribly slow staff. Was the 3rd car in line, empty parking lot at 7pm. Waited 25 mins for a burger meal. Last time I come here
