I was kind of shocked of how nice this place was. The inside is very nice and very well kept and clean. All the employees were friendly and had smiles on their faces that is not typical for fast food service in Indianola.
We ordered two burgers and an order of fries, nothing complex. The order-taker inadvertently left their microphone active while taking our order. It sounded as if they were also taking someone else's order simultaneously, and needed us to repeat our order. The only car ahead of us had already been asked to pull past the window to wait. me & my family are from stl visiting family & we had never heard of jack's before. we thought it was jack in the box but no, it was better. we were greeted by coretta as soon as we walked in. sydney & arbrianna were really patient with us as we looked over the menu & ordered. the loaded mash bowl was so good. i highly recommend. give my girls a raise, period!
