Very good. Informative polite and got job done
Showed up on time for a scheduled maintenance and knew his job; found an issue, took the time to explain what was wrong and why. Hopefully he'll get scheduled for any service calls we require.
"Hurt" was very professional. Did his job, explained what he did before leaving and took the time to stop n talk with my elderly mom for a couple min. Was a great pleasure meeting him. Thank you
