I just spoke with Sarah about some purchases my husband (now deceased) had made and she was wonderful, sympathetic and helpful, with pertinent suggestions and advice. If she reflects the customer service here, you couldn't do any better.
While vacationing in Kona, my husband did the Discover Scuba dive. Everyone who helped us was so kind and patient. My husband loved the dive and I was able to ride along on the boat, which was super enjoyable for me. A few nights later we did the Manta Snorkel with Jack's. Captain Sharp was our captain for both adventures and was a very nice guy to chat with. Marina was my husband's dive instructor and she was also our Manta Snorkel guide. She was awesome!
