Hotdog bun was falling apart, chili needs to taste like chili, it was very watery, and plain, fries were soggy, the pretzels were good, a little burned I guess from over frying them, you could tell the fryer oil hadn't been changed in a few days, I've opened and ran over 250 successful restaurants, the staff were not friendly at all, while my family was eating they were mopping sweeping spraying the table we were at, even though it was a long table they could've waited til we got done, I wanted a Oreo and Reece cup shake and... read more
Over 5 dollars for a basic , little , hot dog. The young man at the counter couldn’t be bothered to say “ thank you”.
Not sure what happened here. Order taken wrong. Food handlers taking orders, handling food after touching all sorts of things. Chili dog cold as was bun. Wrong order came out. Sad. Don't know what happened here but is has and not Jacks good food any more .Should have just eaten the dog at Costco. My last visit!
