Jack is very professional. I called him a few months ago to work on 2 of my computers. Jack did a great job and is very reasonable. Gave us a discount for my husband being a veteran. Today I called him again because my laptop got infested with malware. I did a remote repair with Jack. He repaired my laptop while I was preparing lunch. Jack is super trustworthy and I will call him again if I need computer repairs again.
