Normally they do pretty great. I did have an issue with an evap leak and had to pay to fix their original “fix” with the dealer. But for some reason today the two main guys just seemed super aggravated and annoyed with me, which there was no reason to be. I went in for a tire rotation and oil change. I guess because I mentioned I needed two tires but was going to wait it set them off? Overall, with having to pay to fix something they could have fixed properly to begin with and poor attitude this time, I wont be back.
They put a new starter on my Honda and were excellent with communicating the issues found. They have great customer service as well!

Update: We still love Jack's. Still take our vehicles there. If anything, I think they've even improved. Great job every time. Always kind, professional, thorough. Reasonably priced, too. They get us in quickly and finish in a reasonable time. We use Jacks several times a year on all of our 3 vehicles. When we had an RV, they worked on it as well. Very good auto care and tire business.
