The process of picking out and putting a deposit down for carpet was pretty painless. We had a fantastic salesperson. HOWEVER, the day for our installation comes, and they don't show up. My husband calls to see what's going on, and they don't have us scheduled. (We called the week prior to confirm the date because we want to make sure they came after our home was painted.) I paid 50% down on 7/17 and had my house measured on 7/19 and was put on the schedule for 7/29. I called the following Friday to confirm I was on the schedule which they confirmed. On 7/29 I called at 1030 to find out what time the installers were supposed to arrive and they told me I wasn't on the schedule and they had never ordered my carpet. My husband and I where referred to Jack's Carpet by friends who had carpet installed by Jack in the past. We where very satisfied with the professionalism and prompt service.We would recommend them in the future.
We've been waiting a full month for installation of carpet for which we've paid 1/2 down. Today (6/24/16) was suppose to be the "final" install date! They called and said I had been notified that a reschedule was needed. They were referencing a notification of the first reschedule on 6/16/16 which set today's date (6/24/16) as the install date!!! Reminds me of the Keystone Cops Vaudeville routines from years ago. No body knows what's going on.
Jack's Carpet was WONDERFUL from beginning to end. The salesman was very nice, helped us picked the perfect hardwood floors for our home and installation was very smooth. LOVE my new floors
