This was not a great experience. These guys are probably fine to hire on regular carpet or upholstery cleaning but not for speciality cleaning. I had an unfortunate situation with spilt ink on a beloved couch. After calling around I was quoted by various places at $200 to clean a stain the size of 1inch x 1inch on a couch seat. They said they can take a look at it and gave me a similar quote. My Bukara floor covering needed cover shape expulsion, so I called Jacks Rug Cleaning. They provided excellent service! The experts arrived as expected and immediately analyzed the issue. They were agreeable, enlightening, and proficient. Even the stubborn spots were removed, bringing the rug back to its original splendor. The cost was entirely sensible as well! I would without a doubt recommend Jacks Cleaning!

Karastan rug was quite badly damaged by a pet accident. I was relieved that they could easily clean it and the rug looks like it's never been stained.

Jacks Carpet Cleaning provided an exceptional service. I had a rug with water spots that they were able to clean and restore to like new condition. In a few days they had picked it up and returned it better than before. Highly recommend.
