Cancelled the day before appointment (even though as a customer you have to give 48 hours notice) and told we could only rebook for a higher cost. Very disappointed. Wouldn’t trust them to stick to anything in the future.
Genuinely the best hair cut I’ve ever had. Lillie was amazing and fully listened to and understood my vision, as well as being incredibly friendly. Couldn’t have been happier with the kindness, professionalism and quality of service. Thank you Lillie!
