I went in to Jack’s boot shop on October 15, I ended up spending $650 outfitting for an upcoming Elk hunt. I purchased four pairs of pants. When I washed the clothes that evening, one of the pairs came apart at the ham. I took them back the next day with my receipt. The owner of the store refused to exchange the defective pants, He was very rude, unprofessional, and arrogant. I bought a pair of pull on boots, tried them on in the store and they seemed to fit, once I got home, I put them on and wore them around the house (inside) for a bit I found that the safety toe was digging into my big toe. No big deal,I drove an hour back to the store and they did not have a size that fit correctly, I tried about every pair of pull on boots there and could not find a pair that fit comfortable. this business does not observe their posted hours, drove 30 miles to buy boots today got there at 6;00 pm was putting chain across drive said they close at 6;oo even though it says 8;00 pm. would not recommend this business to anyone
