Awesome staff… Very helpful
New owners are horrible to deal with. Lots of promises with no follow thru. One owner specifically and he knows who he is.
We had a scary experience. Our boat was taking on water because our shaft seal cooling line sheared off. We tried plugging it with various materials and going low speeds, but our efforts weren’t enough. We were trying to make it to Powell River, but decided to stop at Lund. Best decision EVER to stop at Jack’s. New owner Bill is truly a gem of a person. Not only did he let us land and offer us power, he drove us to a competitor to find a part we might need.
