Claimed a bike worked, it fell apart on the first ride. Then suggested I may just be going after the money when I asked for $10 of gas money as a refund for having to spend 2 hours to come back to him after giving him $315 for bikes. If you want a bike that'I need repairs immediately, he's your guy
I found Jacks through a Facebook marketplace listing while looking for a used bike for my daughter. He runs the business out of a home but had a surprisingly large selection including about half a dozen options for us to choose from. My daughter was able to ride several bikes up and down his sidewalk to try them out. The price was great for a very gently used bike and we left as happy customers. I bought two bikes from Jack and he is super friendly, knowledgeable and fair with his pricing. I’ve been back to get another bike fixed and even had my bike readjusted after I messed it up! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a new/used bike!!
