defiently came through after hours the man stopped what he was doing late in the day just to help put smiles on my kids faces thanks man couldn't tell ya how much they appreciated that ....
Jack and his wife were super helpful on picking out bikes for my wife and I. He took the time to make sure we got the bikes that we wanted and the proper size. Bought both bikes and went to the nearest bike trail with my kids. Both bikes worked properly and we enjoyed every minute.
I sent an email asking for more detail about a used bike that was listed for sale by Jacks Bicycles. Their response was dismissive, condescending and blatantly incorrect. They either lack knowledge about bicycles or are dishonest.
I asked a question about a used bike but received inaccurate information from the staff. Based on this experience, I chose not to purchase here.
He repaired my tire and adjusted my seat in 15 mins! My bike rides great now.
