I've been a customer since 1987. Always experienced 1st class customer service. After about a 20 year hiatus out of the saddle I'm back. At 56 yrs. old I don't have the legs or the lungs I did at 30 but the service at Jack's is still top flight. Nice to see some things haven't changed. I've purchased a pump, cold weather gloves, waterproof shoe covers, panniers, a bike computer, bottles and cage this spring.
