We were on vacation when our car developed an unknown rattle. Jack's Automotive looked at our vehicle within just a few minutes of arriving-quickly identified the problem as a loose heat shield, and tightened it for $20. Had us back on the road in less than half an hour! The staff was professional and courteous, we felt the price was fair and affordable, and the problem was fixed! Car has not rattled since! I went to Jack’s based on reputation. The first time he did okay on our vehicle. The second time he couldn’t find the problem so he kept replacing parts in hopes that that would be the silver bullet and all it did was raise my price and not fix the problem. :-/
