Jack's the man! he'll treat you right
We've been taking our vehicles to Jack's since 2013. Honest, reasonable prices, knowledgable and fast service. This was my first experience with Jack's Firestone: My 03 Ford Taurus wouldn't go into gear, I had it towed to a local mechanic and they said the transmission was definitely shot, was going to be $2,500. Well took my truck to get ac fixed only half ass fixed it had worse leak then when I brought it still charged me almost 500 bucks to only do a half ass job terrible terrible wouldn't let them work on my bicycle........
We took a short trip to the coast and got a flat tire on the way home. Jack's was a lifesaver!! After an hour and a half my roadside service sent someone that could not remove the lugs from my tire. We waited another hour for a tow truck to arrive. I found Jack's automotive from a quick google search and called a taxi to Jack's. They were extremely nice and wonderfully helpful considering the shop was very full and busy. They fixed my tire and pointed out another bad tire that they also fixed. They charged me for an alignment they NEVER DID!!!!!
Less than 1 week after getting my wife's Durango ready for a road trip, now it won't start. What did Jack tell her?? Have it towed in and we will look at it? $1,000 and now it won't turn over. Jack, you just lost all of my future business.
