Brand new to the region, trusted these reviews but to my dismay, left with Dodge Hemi in worse condition. Simple OIL CHANGE. Had to re-do elsewhere (Lilliston's) 5 weeks later, less than 800 miles due to issues: Overheating without cause, reeking of fuel inside the cabin, etc... turned out to have lost 75% of the new oil... Filter was jammed crookedly + dry into place that the this time a qualified mechanic @ Lilliston had to work basically with hammer / chisel 30+ minutes to carefully wrangle it out, avoiding further damage... read more
If I could give zero stars I would. I hope this review saves someone. Do NOT come here if you want any type of vehicle repair. My truck has been in here *at least* 3 times and every time I’ve received it back I have to shortly return BACK to jacks because it’s having the exact same issues they claimed to fix. They are extremely kind people which is why I’ve returned multiple times trying to give them opportunity after opportunity but all they’ve done is sadly disappoint.
