Jack was great! He took me under my car and explained to me what was what and what did or didnt need replaced/fix. He didn't waste time or money. I'm a single woman traveling through Alaska who had gotten the run around from some other repair shops. Gratefully Jack's was recommended. Thank you Jack!! A++++
I had great service (May 2025). Jack was great to work with, we went for a test drive to verify what was wrong with the car, he explained what he was going to repair and about how long it would take. Very reasonable prices. I would give him a call the next time your car needs some work.
Had some trouble figuring out what were wrong with my rig. We diagnosed the problem and it saved me a pretty penny. Won’t take car anywhere else.
Jack does a great job and he is easy to work with. He was thorough when going over with me what he checked on my car, which I really appreciate.
I have an extremely high mileage car and I found Jack through our local FB group. I chose him because the answers he gave others were the qualities I was looking for in a mechanic. Honesty!! If a better part should be used, he’ll let you know and why. If you can get away with something cheaper, he’ll tell you. It’s not about money to him. Above all, it was my safety. Thank you Jack!! My car runs fantastic and he went above and beyond. I’ll be back for sure!!!!
