bought a car from jack and he said he would fix the problems it had included in the price of the car, then didn't after i tried contacting him many many times. then a month after all the brakes ceased and the mechanic told me the last mechanic didn't put any break lube on them, sold to me with a fake safety the car didn't have a front crash bar and the front bumper was held on with zip ties. there were electrical issues that weren't disclosed and the air conditioning didn't work, i didn't think to check because it was winter... read more

He was honest, no-nonsense, and courteous during the whole process which was a nice change from your typical sleazy used car salesman. They gave us a fair trade-in value, didn't upsell financing, and everything was finalized within a week.
