We had to have our car towed to Jack’s after hours with a snapped serpentine belt in hopes they could get to it within the next day. John called me the next morning, and they were able to get it fixed by noon along with a couple other issues that had to be dealt with. Great customer service and great work at a great price!
Leaving work today, my Jeep suddenly lit up with warning lights, displayed a transmission service message, and was shifting so hard I thought the transmission had failed. Jack's Auto Repair was the closest shop, so I called and they told me to bring it right in. Mike took a quick look and instead of trying to sell me an expensive transmission repair immediately suspected a battery/electrical issue. He even told me it wasn't worth leaving the vehicle overnight and was better off getting it home now that it was safe. It's hard... read more
Engine light was on ..they would not give up..fixed ..and 60%cheaper..I know been going to ford in elk river..thanks jacks..
