Got my brakes done at the end of April this year. They've squeaked since we had them done and my husband brought it in after a couple weeks and Jack said they just do that. Well, now they've begun grinding and my husband pulled off the tire to look at it. Yep, basically no brake pad left and the rotor looks awful. We paid for rotors to be replaced and both sets of brakes plus labor, of course. No upselling no false promises just honest work in a reasonable time frame. I brought my Yukon XL in for engine work and they made sure it was done and ready before the deadline they gave. I WOULD ADVISE CAUTION REGARDING THE 4.4- STAR REVIEW! I recently visited Jack’s automotive with my 2017 Audi Q3, Unfortunately, it was not the best experience. My vehicle had been experiencing issues, Including sudden drops in speed from 75 to 25 mph within minutes, Accompanied by shaking, loss of power and difficulty controlling the steering wheel.
