I brought my car in only for a diagnosis because the same check-engine code had come back after a previous repair done at this shop. I specifically wanted them to determine whether the current issue was related to the prior repair. However, after diagnosing the car, they replaced the sensor without first calling me, explaining the repair, giving me a price, or getting my authorization. As a single female, I am so thankful I found Jack to help me with my car. He was referred to me by a friend, thankfully, after I had gotten ripped off by another “mechanic” in the area, and he was able to fix my issue in about 24 hours. He is kind and actually listens. I would recommend him to anybody who actually wants their car fixed quickly, at a great price.

Very honest and very experienced does a great job for the best price in town I have been going there 20+ years multiple vehicles and recommend to friends and family
When I take my car in for them to fix a vacuum leak and it takes them 3 weeks to change a gasket that I had to ask them if they'd checked and They reply with, "now that you've given me permission to get into the motor, I will" Jack is a super nice guy but I won't go back.
