So apparently holding on for a few seconds means they hang up on you, after 3 seconds. Didn't even get a chance to do business i told them what i needed then he said hold on a second and hangs up
Less than three months two cracks appeared. At first Hector seemed to be in process of replacing windshield .Then he had excuses after excuses. Now he is ghosting my calls. As as senior on a fixed income it's going to cost twice as much if we have to go through another.
