Called up about an issue that needed to be resolved ASAP. Got booked in right away and the problem was resolved faster and far cheaper than any other quote I had received. Jack and his team were amazing and I will be back in the future.
Dishonest service. Quotes one price over the phone then charges different price in person.
I've been taking my cars to Jacks for many years, but never once disappointed with their diagnosis of the problem or quality of their work. Reasonably priced, easy to interact with, and clear explanations on the repairs. Thank you, Jack and Greg.
Put a battery in that is the wrong size for my vehicle. As a result the mechanism thats supposed to hold the pos and neg charge in place couldnt function properly. Thank god this only affected the neg, if it had affected the pos I am told my vehicle would have blown up (or something like...) Very lazy service. This was booked in with plenty of time. I strongly advise trying to find someone else for my auto-electric needs if you can.
