I had a small incident where my bumper was left unscathed but my scratch guard was ruined. I took my car to a number of places in Virginia and they all said they needed to replace my bumper to be able to replace with a new scratch guard, which resulted in a quoted price of ~$3,500. I took my car to Jack and he said he could give the existing bumper some love and care while fully replacing the scratch guard.
