Called and made an appointment was advised that he had an appointment at 9.00am and would be over after that. Didn’t turn up the entire day called 3 times no answer left massage no response even sent a text to try and confirm a day and time but not responding. If your too busy that’s fine but a response so I don’t wait around all day would be the right thing to do

Called him twice first time he was so inebriated he couldn’t work out when June was, second call he was rude and told me I couldnt even book him in on a date 3 weeks from now, because June was to far away Have a new car arriving and bought all brand new expensive parts and accessories for auto electrician to fit Mate I run a business myself for over 26 years and customer service is crucial, if you cant do the job or not interested that’s absolutely no problems at all just express it professionally, but don’t be so hammered o... read more
Fantastic local service!.....Called Jack at 10:20am, and my aircon was diagnosed, serviced and re-gassed by 11:15am. Certainly cannot ask for better than that.
