I'm not a man who pays for auto repairs, but my daughter's car broke in Kingsville. With me being hours away, they could have really stuck me with a huge repair bill and tried to sell me on things we didn't need. It's hard to imagine finding a better place when you are in need of car repair. 5 Star.
Always quick, get's the job done and doesn't overcharge. Really good about relaying information and they'll get you an estimate before they start any work. In my experience, they've never tried to upsell or force other parts and labor on me. Fair and honest people.
Jack’s Auto Shop worked on my wife’s 2016 Honda Pilot to replace: 1.) Timing belt; 2.) Water Pump; and 3.) Thermostat. The areas that were worked on under the hood look clean and professionally installed. I highly recommend this auto shop.
