Owner of a DYING Pet bought from Jack's Jack's Aquarium sold me a dog that one was not the breed they told me and two was in the process of dying. I have had my puppy for 6 months not even a year old yet. I began having problems when he would try to use his front legs. Basically after 4 months of fighting with them about my dog their was nothing they could do and would not pay the vet bills they said they would pay. Not like they used to be Jack's can be good for certain items but now that we have the super stores, Jack's isn't my favorite place. They do offer the fish of the month club but we have had most of ours die. Luckily, they have a decent return policy if your fish dies but it's a hassle for a fish that you received for free. Their other pets generally look nasty. The birds are questionable at best. The stores are not that clean and do tend to smell. They say that they do not get their puppies from puppy mills because they get ... read more
