Waited in the drive thru line for 30 minutes and had to leave before getting my food so I wouldn't be late back to work.
It was lovely great customer service! Reminded me of the old Roy Rogers I grew up with in Virginia.
I am a former employee, and I strived to make sure everyone's order correct. That being said, I went thru the drive-thru about 20 minutes (9:20am) ago for a single w/eggs. Nobody in the drive-thru line which was very unusual. Had to wait because nobody could figure out who was going to bag it. Young man hands me a bag and I specifically asked "Are the eggs in there?)" He replies, "yes mam." I get home and guess what-NO EGGS. Pitiful.
This is one of the worst fast food experiences I've had in a long time. All I wanted was a chicken finger combo with fries and a drink. I had to sit at the window and demand sauce and to be given my drink. And then on top of that my fries were so under done that they could not be eaten. Staff acted like I was doing something wrong by asking them to make it right. Could not eat my meal. Was on the road back to Nashville and didn't have time to go back to say anything about it.
