Fast friendly and great food
I’m not one to leave reviews quite honestly but I’m SO MAD. This place is a joke these days. In the last 5 years everytime I decide to give them another chance I’m just disappointed all over again. It’s always the orders wrong, wait in line for 30+ mins, or today for instance placed a mobile order at 10:17am arrived at jacks a little after 11 (you’ll have that wrangling a 3 year old to go get his pancakes in the 17 degree weather!!) My husband told them he had a pick up they continued to tell him they never had an order come... read more
It seems like you have to beg for condiments. One time I got pancakes without syrup and biscuits with no jelly. When leaving the drive thru check your bag to make sure everything is there.
